You will need to make sure you have Microsoft .net version 3.5 or higher to run this program. You can download this from This page at Microsoft.com

Since this is a Beta version I have not created an installer for the program. Just unzip this file anywhere you would like. To open the program simply run the file "EQ2LayoutEditor.exe"
